P&P Legal Consultants is a law firm established in 2023 by Advocate Prashant Jha, with a vision to build a professional, knowledge-driven and client-focused legal practice capable of addressing complex legal issues with clarity, preparation and strategic thinking.
From its inception, the firm has been built around a simple principle: every person facing a legal problem deserves to understand their legal position, their available remedies and the possible course of action.
Legal disputes can affect a person’s liberty, property, business, finances, reputation and future. We therefore believe that legal practice is not merely about appearing before a court. It is about understanding the problem, identifying the law that applies, carefully examining the facts and documents, developing an appropriate strategy and pursuing the available legal remedies with professionalism.
Since 2023, P&P Legal Consultants has been working with individuals, businesses and organisations in relation to litigation, legal advice, drafting, regulatory and other legal matters.
Our objective is to continue developing the firm into a leading and respected law firm in India, founded on professional excellence, legal knowledge, ethical practice and the trust of our clients.
Our Story
From an Individual Practice to a Vision for a Law Firm
P&P Legal Consultants was established in 2023 with the intention of creating a legal practice that combines advocacy, legal research, strategic advice and professional client service.
The foundation of the firm comes from the practice of its founder, Advocate Prashant Jha, who has been involved in legal practice before various courts, tribunals and legal forums in Delhi, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and District Courts of Delhi, as well as various tribunals and specialised forums.
Over time, the practice has involved matters before forums including the PMLA Appellate Tribunal, National Green Tribunal (NGT), consumer forums including the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Labour Courts and other appropriate judicial and quasi-judicial forums, depending upon the nature and jurisdiction of the matter.
The establishment of P&P Legal Consultants was a step toward building something larger than an individual professional practice—a law firm that can bring together legal knowledge, advocacy, research and professional expertise to serve clients across a broad range of legal requirements.
Our journey is still evolving.
The firm is being developed with a long-term perspective: to create an institution known for the quality of its legal work, the strength of its preparation and the trust it builds with its clients.
